Egg Masala
INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs
1 tsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp kasuri methi
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
For masala:1/4 cup curd
1/2 tomato
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
PROCEDURE:
- In a kadai heat oil and saute chopped onions till light brown
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry
- Put the ground masala and fry for 5 mins till the raw smell goes
- Now put the milk,salt to taste and water to adjust the consistency of the gravy
- Add the boiled eggs,kasuri methi and make it boil for 5 minutes
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and garam masala
