Kurkure Bhindi

15 nos of bhindi/lady's fingers
1/4 cup besan
2 tbsp rice flour
2-3 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin / jeera pdr
1 sprig of curry leaf finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying


  • Wash,wipe and cut the bhindis diagonally into 1 " pieces
  • Mix all the ingredients no2 to no 6 in a bowl and make a paste adding water as required
  • Mix the cut bhindis in that batter and deep fry into crisp fritters
  • Serve hot with rice and dal or as a starter
