Barbeque sauce


INGREDIENTS:
3 tsp oil
6 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
2 tblsp capsicum fnely chopped
1 tsp vinegar
2-3 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp pepper pdr
Salt to taste
sugar to taste
2 chopped tomatoes
2 tblsp tomato sauce or puree

PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan heat oil and saute garlic chopped till light brown
  • Add onion chopped and saute till transparent
  • Put capsicum and fry for 3 mins
  • Now add chopped tomato and fry till it becomes mushy
  • Put all other ingredients one by one and add 1/4 cup water
  • Make it boil till it becomes thick 
  • Store in an airtight container when it comes to room temperature
  • Store in refrigerator
