Bread Utthappam


This simple ,easy dosa instant dosa recipe belongs to the chef Ranveer Brar!! I love all his recipes and tried some of them!! thanku Chef for the jhatpat recipe!!
INGREDIENTS:
4 bread slices cut into round shape
1/2 cup curd
1/4 cup semolina/rava
Water as required
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tblsp

FOR TOPPNG:
1/4 chopped onions
2 tblsp grated carrot
chopped coriander leaves
Little salt

PROCEDURE:

  • In a bowl mix curds,rava,water ,salt ,whisk and keep for 5-10 mins
  • Heat tava ,dip the bread slice in the curd mixture till it is fully coated with it
  • Put it on tava and top it with the onion mixture 
  • Cook both the sides ,adding oil 
  • Serve with chutney
Note: The chef had used shallots and bell pepper for the topping.
