Chicken Fingers
INGREDIENTS:
Boneless chicken cut into fingers 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Bread crumbs1/4 cup
cornflour 2 tblsp
MARINATION:
2tsp chilli powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp garam masala pdr
1/2 tsp vinegar
PROCEDURE:
- Wash and clean the chicken and cut into fingers
- Marinate with the above ingredients and keep in fridge for 1/2 an hour
- Heat oil in kadai
- Mix cornflour ,bread crumbs and lil salt and pepper pdr in a bowl
- Roll each fingers in it and deep fry
- Serve hot with barbeque sauce
