Kurkure Gobi
1 cup gobi/ cauliflower florets
Oil for
Make a paste of :
3 tblsp corn flour
2 tblsp rice flour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1 sprig of curry leaves finely chopped
PROCEDURE:
- Put the gobi florets in warm salt water for 10 mins
- Drain the water and mix with the ready paste
- Heat oil and deep fry into crisp fritters
- Serve hot
