Got this recipe from the cookery show OGGARANE DABBI Z KANNADA CHANNEL!!
10 nos bhindi / lady's fingers
5 tsp oil
Salt to taste
FOR THE STUFFING:
Grind 4 green chillies,6 garlic cloves,1/2 cup coriander leaves,1 tsp coriander pdr,1/2 tsp red chilli pdr,1/2 tsp turmeric pdr and salt to taste
- Wash and wipe the bhindis ,cut the ends and make a slit on it
- Cut the potato into fingers
- Stuff the bhindis with the masala
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and arrangethe bhindis in it
- Put the potato fingers , little salt and remaining masala
- Sprinkle little water and cover with a lid
- Cook till the bhindis and potato are cooked
- Serve hot with roti or rice.
