Anda Shahi Masala

INGREDIENTS:
3 boiled eggs cut into 2 pieces
4 tsp oil
1 chopped onion
3 blsp tomato puree
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp garam masala pdr
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
2 tsp kasuri methi
2 tblsp fresh cream
Chopped coriander leaves

FOR THE MASALA:
2 sliced onions deep fried
4 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
Grind the above into a fine paste
PROCEDURE:
  • In a pan heat oil  and saute onion chopped till ligh tbrown in colour
  • Add tomato puree ,masala paste and fry well till the raw smell goes
  • Add all the spice powders and fry for 2 mins
  • Put the eggs ,salt to taste and 1/2 cup water
  • Make it boil  and put fresh cream and kasuri methi and mix well
  • Finish it with chopped coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with roti or rice
