Buttermilk Dosa

1 cup dosa rice
2 cups curd
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup poha
1/2 tsp methi/fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for making dosa

  • Wash and soak rice,methi seeds in curds for 5-6 hrs
  • Grind the rice with washed poha and coconut into a fine paste and keep overnight 
  • Next day add salt and make thick dosas
