Cabbage Sprout Sabji

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup mixed sprout boiled
2 cups  finely chopped cabbage
Salt to taste 
chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp lime juice

FOR THE TEMPERING:
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp chana dal/bengal gram dal
1 tsp urad dal/ Skinless split  black pigeon
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
curry leaves

GRIND THIS INTO COARSE MASALA:
1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
3 green chillies
2 tsp cumin seeds/jeera

PROCEDURE:
  • In a pan heat oil and make the tempering with the ingredients
  • Add cabbage,salt and cook with a lid covered
  • when it is almost cooked add boiled sprouts,masala,lime juice and cook for another 10 mins
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice!!
