Neelgiri Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of mushrooms
5 tsp oil
1 chopped onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/4 cup curds
To be ground into a fine paste:
1/2 cup coriander leaves
6-8 mint leaves
3 green chillies
5-6 blanched palak/spinach leaves
PROCEDURE:
1 pack of mushrooms

PROCEDURE:
- Wash and cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces
- In a kadai heat oil and saute onions till transparent
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 mins
- Put the ground pasteand fry till it loses the raw smell
- Add the cut mushrooms,salt and cook with a lid covered
- Add the curd and mix well
- If you want gravy add 1/2 cup water and cook till the mushrooms are cooked
- Serve hot with hot phulkas
