Kokum Kadhi


INGREDIENTS:
2 cups buttermilk
2 tblsp kokum syrup
Salt to taste
Water as required

TO BE GROUND:
1 green chilli
2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds

PROCEDURE:

  • Put the ground paste and kokum syrup to the buttermilk
  • Add salt to taste and water according to your taste
  • Strain it and serve chilled
