Mushroom Butter Masala

INGREDIENTS:
1 packet mushrooms
2 tsp butter
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
2 tblsp fresh cream or milk pdr

FOR THE MASALA  PASTE:

4 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 finely chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp daniya pdr/coriander
1 tsp cumin pdr/jeera
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
2 tsp red chilli pdr
IN A KADAI HEAT OIL AND SAUTE ONE BY ONE ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND WHEN  IT COMES TO ROOM TEMPERATURE GRIND TO A FINE PASTE

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash and chop the mushrooms
  • In a kadai heat butter and put the masala and saute for 3 mins,add the chopped mushrooms,salt  and cook with a covered lid
  • Add fresh cream ,chopped coriander leaves and give a stir 
  • Serve with roti or rice!!
