Sooran kosambari


INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup sooran/yam cut into small cubes
1/4 cup fresh grated coconut
2 chopped green chillies
1 finely chopped onion
2 tsp coconut oil
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash the cut sooran well and apply salt,keep for 30 mins
  • After 3o mins squeeze the water from it and deep fry into crisp ones
  • Take in a bowl and add all the other ingredients
  • Be carefull while adding salt because you have already adde salt to the sooran 
  • Serve immediately with rice and dal !!
