Gobi pepper fry
INGREDIENTS:
2 cauliflower / gobi cut into florets
5 tsp oil
2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr/ haldi
1 sprig of curry leaf
2 slit green chillies
2sliced onions
1 finely chopped tomato
1 tsp pepper pdr
1 tsp Kitchen King masala or any other garam masala
Salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves
PROCEDURE:
- Put the gobi florets in salt water for 10 mins and wash well
- Boil it with salt and little water(dont overcook it)
- In a pan heat oil and add jeera,curry leaves,turmeric pdr
- Put sliced onions,green chillies and saute till onon becomes transparent
- Add chopped tomato and cook till it becomes soft and pulpy
- Put the boiled gobi,salt,garam masala,pepper pdr and toss well
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot phulkas
