Schezuan chilli mushroom



INGREDIENTS:

10 nos of mushrooms washed n sliced
4 tsp oil
5 garlic cloved chopped
1 slit green chilli
2 onions cut into chunks n separate the layers
1/2 capsicum cut into chunks
2 tsp red chilli paste 
2 tsp CHINGS SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp ketchup
1/2 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan heat oil and saute garlic till brown in colour
  • Add green chilli,onion and saute for 5 mins
  • Put caosicum chunks and saute for 3 mins
  • Put the sliced mushrooms ,salt and cook
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with fried rice!!
FOR THE RED CHILLI PASTE:
Grind 10 soaked red byadgi red chillies with 5 garlic cloves,salt to taste
