Mixed Dal Dosa

1 cup dosa rice
1/ 4 cup urad dal/ split skinless black lentil
2 tblsp toor dal/Split pigeon peas
2 tblsp Moong dal
2 tblsp Chana dal/ split bengal gram
1/2 tsp methi
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
3/4 cup churmuri/murmura
Oil or ghee for cooking dosa
Salt to taste


  • Soak all the dals,rice,methi and jeera in water for 5-6 hrs 
  • Wash and grind with churmuri into a fine paste
  • Keep the batter overnight for fermentation
  • Add salt ,heat tava and make thin dosas cooking both the sides using ghee or oil
  • Serve hot with chutney!!
