Nutty Bhindi
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 kg bhindi/ lady's fingers
4 tsp oil
2 finely chopped onions
5 chopped garlic cloves
1 chopped tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 1/2 tsp red chilli pdr
1/2 tsp cumin pdr
2 tblsp roasted crushed peanuts
chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Wash ,wipe and cut the bhindis into thin slices
- In a kadai heat oil ,saute onions,garlic chopped till light brown colour
- add chopped tomato and fry till pulpy
- Add bhindi,salt and cook covered till it is half done
- Add all the spice powders and toss well ,cook without lid till bhindis are cooked
- Add peanut pdrand chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with phulkas!!
