Poha Dosa


SPECIAL THANKS TO MY FB FRIEND ARCHANA KAMATH PRABHU FOR THIS WONDERFUL SOFT AND SPONGY DOSA RECIPE !!
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups dosa rce
1 cup poha/ beaten rice
1/4 cup urad dal
2 tsp methi seeds
1/4 cup curds
Salt to taste 
Oil for cooking dosa
PROCEDURE:

  • Soak rice,dal and methi seeds in water for 5-6 hrs
  • Soak poha in lil water for about 10 mins
  • Grind all the above ingredients into a fine paste along with curds
  • Add salt and ferment overnight
  • Next day add water if necesary  and adjust the consistency of the batter
  • Make thick dosas, cooking only one side
  • Serve hot with chutney
