Molga Podi

3/4 cup dry red chillies
1/2 cup chana dal/ split bengal gram
1/2 cup urad dal 
2 sprigs of curry leaves 
1 tsp hing/ asafoetida
Salt to taste


  • Dry roast separately all the ingredients 
  • When it comes to room temperature, put in a mixer grinder and make fine powder
  • Store in an airtight container!!
