Onion Tomato Saaru



INGREDIENTS:
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1 sliced onion
2 slit green chillies
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar 
Chopped coriander leaves

TEMPERING:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 sprig of curry leaves
1/2 tsp hing/ asafoetida

PROCEDURE:

  • Cook chopped tomatoes,onion and green chillies with 2 cups water in cooker for 2 whistles
  • Transfer the boiled tomatoes in a vessel,add salt,sugar and boil it
  • add chopped coriander leaves and temper with the ingredients
  • Serve hot with hot rice and enjoy !!!
