Chutney pudi



INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup dry red chillies
1/2 cup chana dal/ split bengal gram
1/2 cup urad dal
1/2 cup curry leaves
1 tsp hing/ asafoetida
1/2 dry coconut/ copra
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Dry roast separately all the ingredients (except salt)
  • When it comes to room temperature ,blend it and make a fine powder
  • Store in an airtight jar !!!
