600gms dosa rice
200 gms urad dal
100 gms toor dal
1 tblsp methi/ fenugreek seeds
1 tblsp sugar
Salt to taste
- Soak rice ,toor dal,urad dal and methi seeds in water for 5-6 hours
- Wash ,and grind into a smooth batter and keep ovenight for fermentation
- Before making dosa add salt ,sugar and mix well
- Make crisp dosas and serve hot with potato bhaji and coconut chutney!!!
