Topi Masala Dosa



THANKS TO MY FB FRIEND VINAYA PRABHU FOR THIS CRISPY MASALA DOSA RECIPE!! WONDERFUL RECIPE !!

INGREDIENTS:
600gms dosa rice
200 gms urad dal
100 gms toor dal
1 tblsp methi/ fenugreek seeds
1 tblsp sugar
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Soak rice ,toor dal,urad dal and methi seeds in water for 5-6 hours
  • Wash ,and grind into a smooth batter and keep ovenight for fermentation
  • Before making dosa add salt ,sugar and mix well
  • Make crisp dosas and serve hot with potato bhaji and coconut chutney!!!
