INGREDIENTS:
3 cups rice
1 cup poha/ beaten rice
1 cup coconut gratings
1 cup curd
1 tsp methi / fenugreek seeds
Jaggery to taste
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cooking soda
Oil for making dosa
PROCEDURE:
- Soak rice,methi seeds in water for 3-4 hrs
- Wash poha and grind with soaked rice and curd in to a fine paste
- Add jaggery,salt and grind again , keep covered overnight for fermentation
- Next day before making dosa add cooking soda and make thick dosa ,adding little oil
- Cook dosa only one side and serve hot with frsh butter or ghee !!!
