Cheesy Rice Veg. Cutlets


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cooked rice
1 carrot grated
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
2 finely chopped green chillies
2 tsp roasted jeera pdr
1 tsp garam masala pdr
2 tsp garlic pdrd
3 tblsp grated mozarella cheese
Chopped coriander leaves
3 tblsp bread crumbs
Salt to taste
4-5 tsp oil

PROCEDURE:

  • Take cooked rice in a bowl and mash well with your hands
  • Add all the other ingredients(except oil)
  • Mix well and shape into cutlets
  • Grease the baking tray and place the cutlets on the tray
  • Bake the cutlets at 200 degrees  for 15 mins one side
  • After mins flip the cutlets and bake again till it becomes crisp
  • Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup !!
