Tarkari Chutney


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup grated veggies/ tarkari like ridgegourd, Madras cucumber,carrot,seeme badane ,beans(use all the veggies with skin)
3 tsp grated coconut
2 green chillies
1 red chilli
2 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
2 tsp chana dal
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste 
Little tamarind

FOR TADKA:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves 
1 red chilli

PROCEDURE:

  • Heat oil in a pan add jeera, chana dal ,green chillies chopped and red chilli,fry for a minute
  • Now drop in coconut and grated veggies ,fry for 5-10 mins or till the raw smell goes
  • Grind with tamarind,salt once it comes to room temperature,adding little water
  • Add the tempering and serve with rice or dosa!!!
