Mushroom Dry


INGREDIENTS:
10 mushrooms ,washed cut into slices
2 sliced onions
2 sprigs of curry leaves
4 tsp oil
3 green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1/2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander pdr
3 tblsp grated fresh coconut
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
Saltto taste
1 tsp lemon juice

PROCEDURE:

  • Heat oil in a pan ,add curry leaves,onion slices and saute till it becomes transparent
  • Add green chillies and fry for a second
  • Put the mushrooms ,salt and cook  with a lid covered
  • When the mushrooms are almost done add all the spice powders and mix well
  • Mix coconut gratings and chopped coriander leaves and add it to the mushrooms and toss well
  • Add thelime juice ,mix well and serve hot with roti or rice.
