Gobi Tava Fry


INGREDIENTS:
1 small Gobi / Cauliflower cut into thin slices
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup rice flour
Oil for cooking


PROCEDURE:
  • Put the gobi slices in warm water with salt for 10 mins
  • Wash well and drain all the water from the gobi
  • Marinate the gobi with chilli pdr, salt and ginger garlic paste
  • Roll each slices in the rice flour and fry on tava adding oil ,with a lid covered
  • Once it is cooked ,flip the gobi and cook the other side
  • Once it is done ,serve hot with rice and dal or rasam.
