Garam masala


This is an all purpose garam masala powder, which can be used for making pulav, any sabjis or in paratha stuffings.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup coriander seeds/ dania 
1/2 cup pepper corns
1/2 cup cumin seeds/ jeera
5 cloves/ lavang
1 inch cinnamon/ dalchini
2 black cardamom/ badi elaichi
3 javetri/mace 

PROCEDURE:

  • Dry roast all the ingredients separately and make little coarse powder
  • Store in an airtight jar.
