Pathrade Upkari with Onion
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup leftover pathrado cut into pieces
5 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp urad dal
2 red chillies
curry leaves
1 onion finely chopped
2 tblsp grated fresh coconut
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- In a pan heat oil, add mustard. When it starts crackling add curry leaves,urad dal and fry till dal turns brown in colour
- Add red chilli bits and chopped onions and saute for 5 mins por till they turn light brown
- Now add the pathrade cut into pieces,little salt and grated coconut
- Mix well and toss it for 5 mins, serve hot with rice and dal.
