Chicken Urval
INGREDIENTS:
4 tsp Oil
For the Marination:
1/2 kg Chicken pieces
2 tsp Corriander powder
1 tsp Jeera powder (Cumin)
4 tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp tamarind pulp
PROCEDURE:
- Marinate the chiken pieces in the marinade mentioned above and refrigerate it for 2 hrs.
- In a pan take 4 tsp of Oil , Add the marinated chicken.
- Add salt to taste.
- Cover and cook till the chicken cooks through.
- Finally garnish with roasted cashews, red chillies(4) and curry leaves.
