Kesar Kulfi
INGREDIENTS:
1 .5 ltrs full fat milk +1/4 cup
1/4 cup sugar
2 bread slices(cut the edges)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Nuts(optional
4-5 saffron strands
PROCEDURE:
- Heat milk in a pan and bring to boil
- Reduce it to half stirring constantly
- Add bread slices soaked in1/4 cup little milk
- Add sugar and boil for 10 minutes
- Cool it and mix cardamom powder, nuts and saffron strands
- Fill in the kulfi moulds and keep in freezer
- After 5-6 hours serve chilled
