Kesar Kulfi



INGREDIENTS:

1 .5 ltrs full fat milk +1/4 cup
1/4 cup sugar
2 bread slices(cut the edges)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Nuts(optional
4-5 saffron strands

PROCEDURE:


  • Heat milk in a pan and bring to boil 
  • Reduce it to half stirring constantly
  • Add bread slices soaked in1/4 cup little milk
  • Add sugar and boil for 10 minutes
  • Cool it and  mix cardamom powder, nuts and saffron strands
  • Fill in the kulfi moulds and keep in freezer
  • After 5-6 hours serve chilled
