Tendle (Gerkin) Talasani


INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg Tendle/Gerkin (crushed)
7-9 Garlic cloves (crushed)
5 tsp Oil
3-4 Red Chillies

PROCEDURE:

  • Apply salt over the Gerkins and prssure cook them for 1 whistle with 2-3 tbsp water and little salt.
  • Heat 5 tsp Oil in a pan, fry the garlic and red chillies.
  • Add the Gerkins and fry them till they are cooked.
