Vegetable Bhakarwadi
INGREDIENTS:
100 gms peas
100 gms beans[finely chopped]
3 potatoes -boiled n mashed
1 cup maida
1 tblsp rava
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp pepper pdr
1/4 cup chopped corriander
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp finely chopped ginger n green chillies
PROCEDURE:
- Mix maida ,rava, 2 tbsp oil ,pepper pdr salt n sufficient water.
- Knead to make semi soft dough, and cover it with damp cloth n keep aside.
- Mix the boiled and chooped beans.potatoes and peas with salt,corriander, ginger n chilli chopped,coconut n lil garam masala.
- Make chapati with the dought and spread the veg mixture evenly on it and roll it tightly into cylinder.
- Cut it into 1 inch slices n deep fry .
