Aalu Anardana Kulcha


1 cup wheat flour
1 cup maida
2 tblsp milk
2 tblsp curd
1/4 tsp cooking soda
oil 2 tsp
salt to taste

Mix all these ingredients and make a soft dough and keep covered with a wet cloth for 10 minutes

For stuffing:
3 medium potatoes
1 chopped onion
2 green chillies
1 tsp powdered anardana (pomegranatet seeds)
2 tsp corriander leaves chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 tblsp butter

  • Mix all the ingredients of stuffin except butter
  • Devide the dough into 6 portions
  • roll it and keep around 2 tblsp stuffing and cover to form a ball
  • Roll it into a thick roti brush with a little oil and bake at 220 degrees for 6-8 minutes
  • Brush kulchas with butter and serve hot with any gravy
