Garlic Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
2 tsp oil
2 tblsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cornflour mixed in 3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- In a kadai take oil and fry chopped garlic till light brown
- Add all the remaining ingredients and boil it for 5-10 mins
- Store in a airtight jar after it comes to room temperature
