Besan ke Laddoo


INGREDIENTS:
2 cups besan(gram flour)
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup sugar powder
2 tsp cardamom powder
chopped almonds for garnishing

PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan heat ghee and put besan in it
  • Roast the besan on a low flame till nice aroma comes
  • This takes around 20-30 minutes
  • Cool it completely
  • Add sugar powder and cardamom powder and mix well
  • Shape into laddoos and garnish with chopped almonds
