Mysore Masala Dosa

1 cup dosa rice
1/4 cup urad dal (split black gram)
2 tblsp chana dal (bengal gram)
1 tsp methi seeds (fenugreek)
2fistful cooked rice


  • Soak the above ingredients (no 1-4) for 5-6 hours 
  • Grind it with cooked rice to a fine paste and keep overnight for fermentation
  • Next day morning add salt to taste and a pinch of sugar to the batter
  • Make dosa  and serve with potato bhaji and chutney
Note Every time when you spread dosa sprinkle little water on tava  for the good result!!
