Corn Paneer Fingers


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
1/4 cup crumbled paneer
2 medium sized boiled potatoes
2-3 tblsp besan(gram flour)
salt to taste
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
some chopped coriander leaves

Bread rumbs
Oil for deep frying

PROCEDURE:

  • Coarsely grind corn with green chillies
  • Mix it with all other ingredients
  • Devide into equal portions
  • Give desired shape and roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry into crispy fingers!
  • Serve with ketchup or any chutney
