Zuchchini Phodi
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium size zuchchini
4 tsp rice flour + 3 tsp to roll it
8 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp asafotida powder
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
PROCEDURE:
- In a bowl mix ingredients no.1 -5 with little water and make a paste
- Cut the zuchchini into 1/4 inch slices and apply the masala on each slices
- Roll the each slices in rice flour(u can also use fine rava)
- Shallow fry it on tava with oil
- Serve hot with rice and dal or rasam.
