Kokum Kadi


INGREDIENTS:
Kokum syrup
2 green chillies
sugar to taste
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves
Water 2 cups
FOR TEMPERING:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
some curry leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • Take water in a bowl and add kokum surup as required
  • Add salt and sugar to taste
  • Add crushed green chillies and chopped coriander leaves
  • Temper with the above ingredients
  • Serve chilled with rice or you can also drink it as an appetizer
  • Tastes heavenly in hot summer
