Cheesy Rava aloo Bonda
This yummy bonda recipe belongs to the chef RANVEER BRAR!! I got this recipe from the cookery show SNACK ATTACK --Z KHANA KHAZANA !! but I,ve made some changes in this recipe !! thanku chef !!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup boiled ,mashed potato
1/2 cup fine rava / semolina
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup curd
1 tblsp finely chopped onion
1 green chilli chopped
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Mozarella cheese
Salt to taste
Dry bread crumbs
Oil to deep fry
PROCEDURE:
- In a bowl mix curd and rava and keep for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes it will become thick
- To that mixture add mashed potato, chilli powder,chopped green chilli, turmeric powder,salt,onion,coriander leaves and mix well
- Devide the mixture into equal portions
- Take one portion in your hand ,flatten it a little and put one small cube of cheese and shape into a ball
- Roll the ball in the dry bread crumbs and deep fry into golden brown colour
- Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney
