Corn Mint Rice Tikkis


These tikkis are prpared with the leftover corn Mint rice / pulav. you can use any pulav or even plai n white rice also!!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup any pulav or plain white rice
1 chopped onion
2 tblsp corn flour
chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp garam masala
Bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

PROCEDURE:

  • Mash  the rice with your handsand mix with corn flour,chopped onion,garam masala,coriander leaves and salt
  • Devide into equal portions and shape into tikkis
  • Roll each tikki in bread crumbs
  • Heat tava and roast tikkisadding oil,on both the sides
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
NOTE:If you are using  plain rice then add little ginger,garlic and green chilli paste,chopped mint leaves also.And increase the amount of garam masala .
