Visonu Tava Fry ( seer Fish fry)

3 slices of seer fish
Oil for cooking

7-8 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp rice flour
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 tsp chopped curry leaves
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Mix all these with little water and make a paste.


  • Wash and clean fish slices
  • Marinate with the masala paste andrefrigerate for minimum 1/2 an hour.
  • Heat tava and keep fish slices on it 
  • Put 2 tsp oil on each slice of fish 
  • Roast on a medium flame till it is cooked.
  • Serve with hot rice.
