Visonu Tava Fry ( seer Fish fry)
INGREDIENTS:
3 slices of seer fish
Oil for cooking
TO MAKE PASTE:
7-8 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp rice flour
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 tsp chopped curry leaves
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Mix all these with little water and make a paste.
PROCEDURE:
- Wash and clean fish slices
- Marinate with the masala paste andrefrigerate for minimum 1/2 an hour.
- Heat tava and keep fish slices on it
- Put 2 tsp oil on each slice of fish
- Roast on a medium flame till it is cooked.
- Serve with hot rice.
