Appam With Egg Kurma


Appam (rice pancake) is a very popular among the Kerala breakfast.This is a very healthy and easy to make breakfast recipe.This is a very soft and fluffy dosa in the center with crispy and lacy sides.You van have this with vegetable stew,chutney or egg kurma!This recipe belongs to my FB friend and cooking expert Asha Satish Philar!!Thanku Ashakka!!

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups dosa rice
1 tsp methi seeds(fenugreek seeds)
Little less than 1/2 cup urad dal
Soak these in the waer for 5-6 hours and grind with 1 cup poha(beaten rice) to  a fine paste.
Keep overnight  for fermentation.
Before making appams,add salt to taste,2 cups water and 1/2 cup milk.and  make appams.

NOTE:while grinding don't add much water .
