Garlic Pepper Rasam
INGREDIENTS:
2 finely chopped tomatoes
4 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 red chilli powder
2 red chillies
1 tsp pepper powder
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
4 tsp oil
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat oil
- Add mustard,curry leaves,red chillies and turmeric powder
- Put crushed garlic and fry for 5 minutes
- Put finely chopped tomatoes and fry till it is well blended
- Now put pepper powder,chilli powder,and 3 cups of water
- add salt and make it boil
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
