Prawns Rava Fry


INGREDIENTS:
10 nos cleaned,deveined prawns
Oil for deep frying
Fine rava 1/4 cup

For marination:
3 tblsp corn flour
2 tblsp rice flour
1/2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Marinate the prawns with the above ingredients and water as required
  • Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour
  • Roll the prawns in rava and deep fry 
You can also use rice flour instead of rava.
