Roasted Bell pepper Soup
INGREDIENTS:
2 tomatoes
1 small carrot
1 small red bell pepper
1 chopped onion
4 garlic cloves
1 red chilli
Salt to taste
little sugar
pepper powder
little cream
2 tsp Oil
PROCEDURE:
- In cooker put chopped tomato,carrot ,red chilli with 2 cups water and cook for 3 whistles
- Apply little oil on bell pepper and roast it on gas
- Peel it and keep aside
- In a pan heat oil and saute chopped garlic and onion for 5 minutes
- Blend all the ingredients and strain it
- Adjust the consistency adding water
- Add salt,sugar and make it boil
- Serve hot with cream and pepper powder
