Chilli Garlic Potato Wedges(baked)
INGREDIENTS:
3 medium sized potatoes Washed ,peeled or without peeled
Salt to taste
2 tsp +1 tsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Spring onion greens for garnishing
PROCEDURE:
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and apply salt to taste and keep for 10 minutes
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes
- Mix the potatoes with 2 tsp oil and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
- In a kadai heat oil and saute garlic chopped till light brown in colour
- add tomato sauce,chilli flakes and 2 tblsp water to avoide it from burning
- Immediately mix in the potato wedges and toss well
- Garnish with spring onion greens chopped
- Serve hot
- You can also top it with some grated cheese if you want
