Hara Bhara Kabab

4 boiled n mashed  potatoes
!/4 cup soaked chana dal /Bengal gram
1/4 cup green peas blanched
6 palak /spinach leaves blanched
3 bread slices
3 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp roasted cumin pdr
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander and mint leaves
Oil for deep frying
bread  crumbs

  • Grind blanched palak ,green peas ,ginger ,green chillies with soaked chana dal without water
  • Transfer it in a bowl and add all the other ingredients (except oil n bread crumbs)
  • Shape into kababs and roll them in bread crumbs and deep fry till crisp and brown in colour
  • serve hot with sauce
Curd dip: Just mix 1/4 cup curd,little salt,chat masala and 3 tsp green chutney
